Holistic benefits for growing bodies & minds.
Exercise, yoga, meditation and mindfulness have all been proven to improve physical and mental health in school-age children (ages 6–12). B.FLX Mindful Movement, B.FLX Yoga and B.FLX Fit programs are designed to improve balance, strength, endurance and aerobic capacity in children, while also providing psychological benefits.

As with adults classes, kids yoga includes all the basic building blocks of yoga including:
The body (asana)
The breath (pranayama / mindfulness of breath)

Meet Coach Sammy!
B.FLX programs are led by Coach Sammy, a fully-qualified professional who specialises in kids fitness and well-being. Sammy holds a Certificate IV in Fitness and is a Level 2 kid’s yoga instructor. Her goal is to help participants grow up to be confident, balanced, healthy and independent.
